INTRUST Bank Arena is a 15,000-seat multi-purpose arena in downtown Wichita, Kansas. The arena hosts concerts, sporting events, family shows, and conventions with flexible seating configurations that vary by event.
Seating Options
- Floor Seating – Reserved or general admission floor access for concerts, depending on the event
- Lower Bowl – Reserved seating in the lower level of the arena with close views of the stage or court
- Upper Bowl – Affordable upper-level reserved seating with full arena views
- Suite Level – Premium private suite options available for groups and VIP experiences

Parking at INTRUST Bank Arena
INTRUST Bank Arena offers surface parking in Lots 1–4 surrounding the arena. A small customer parking area is available off Waterman Street for 15-minute stops. Parking passes for larger events may be reserved in advance through Downtown Wichita parking services.
ADA Parking
The arena provides 24 ADA-accessible parking spaces in the arena lots. Spaces are first-come, first-served and cannot be reserved. There is a $5 fee for accessible parking. A valid disabled identification card must be available upon request.
Rideshare Drop-Off
Rideshare and taxi drop-off is located near the intersection of Emporia and English Streets. Drop-offs within the arena parking lots are not permitted.
